The financing obtained by its I-site certification in July 2018, amount to more than € 29.7 million over a period of 3 years (to which will be added the participation of local authorities – € 21 million), allow NExT to start his operational phase. On the occasion of the official launch party, Monday, December 3, 8 calls for proposals in the fields of research, innovation, training and international development were unveiled. The goal ? Supporting structuring and ambitious research and training projects. A first step before the creation of a world-class university in Nantes in January 2020.

Deep Tech Founders Program : To develop and diffuse an entrepreneurial culture among students and research team, foster the emergence and intention to undertake and support the porters and their ideas
Integrative Research Clusters : To federate an interdisciplinary community to develop training, research and innovation and facilitate the development of initiatives and new projects
Internal interdiscilplinary projects : To create and extend partnerships between researchers in distinct and complementary scientific fields
NExT Talent Junior and Senior : To attract and promote the development of news talents and to reinforce capacity of establishments for engage news national and international profiles
« Globetrottez ! International Masters » : To Promote internationalization of existing masters or the creation of new international masters
« Expérimentez ! Educational innovation » : To promote the innovative experimentations
International research partnerships : To develop international research networks, news or reinforced, specialized in NExT’s thematics by the development of mobilities
Call for expression fo interest among students to participate the world-class multiuniversity competitions : to increase the international visibility, to renforce links with companies and territory’s institutions and create links with international universities teams
